Rep. Darrell Issa again targets labor, proposing prevention of labor contract no-layoff agreements

Issa proposes new legislation to restructure Postal Service

USPS Standby Time


"... The Postal Service says it has no choice but to use standby time because of its union contracts. Postal workers suspect otherwise.
