Police arrest Yonkers man who smuggled drugs using postal service and stored it in Bronx day care centers and other places

"...Juan Valdez, 45, was busted Thursday on a slew of charges. He's accused of moving drugs through express mail wrapped in children's bedding. He used various locations, including Bronx day care centers, to stash the drugs, cops said...."
