Former President Jimmy Carter to be honored with a stamp | USPS announced the upcoming release in Plains, GA

"The Postal Service will release a stamp this year to honor former President Jimmy Carter...The stamp will be available beginning Oct. 1, the 101st anniversary of Carter’s birth. ...The stamp will be available at Post Offices and on usps.com."
