Bargaining unit employees angered as non-bargaining unit employees get bigger buyout incentive
On March 23, 2011, the USPS announced a $20,000 special retirement incentive to specific non-bargaining unit employees [ https://liteblue.usps.gov/humanresources/organizationalchanges/oc_specialincentivefaqs.shtml? ] after offering only $15,000 in an offer last year that included bargaining unit employees. Why the special treatment while touting huge deficits?
