Custodian discovers World War II letter at Elgin post office, returns keepsake to writer's family

"...Caulfield asked around and learned Gathman worked at the Elgin Post Office from 1940 to 1973. Caulfield and his wife then used Facebook to track down Gathman’s son, Bruce, who lives in South Carolina. Caulfield sent him the letter via priority mail..."
