Civic leaders want answers on botched mailing

Juniper Park Civic Association says U.S. Postal Service destroyed or failed to mail hundreds of its magazines

"...The civic group mailed out over 1,000 copies of the magazine but many were never delivered or destroyed. They want postal service officials to investigate...."
